LEMON-LIME CONFETTI SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Water
1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Add water to liquid to make 2 2/3 cups. In 2-quart saucepan, bring ReaLemon and 2/3 cup liquid to a boil; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add sour cream and beat with wire whip or electric mixer; stir in remaining liquid.

Chill until partially set, about 1 hour. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and nuts; pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold. Chill until set. Unmold. Refrigerate leftovers.
