LIMA-DILL SALAD 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dill seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook limas according to package directions; drain. Chill thoroughly. Combine limas with celery, green onion and parsley. Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, dill seed and salt and pepper. Pour mayonnaise mixture over the bean mixture. Toss gently to coat beans. Serve on salad plate lined with leaves.
