SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 #2 1/2 can pears
1 c. pear juice
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
Few drops green coloring

Heat pear juice. Add lime Jello. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese that has been softened with 2 tablespoons cream. Beat with electric beater until smooth. Add pears which have been mashed. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill.
