SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream or sm. tub Cool Whip

Place Jello in large bowl. Add 1 cup hot pear juice and stir until Jello is dissolved. Add cream cheese, mashed with 2 teaspoonfuls of cream, to Jello mixture. Mix thoroughly and let cool. Mash pears with fork and add to Jello. Let thicken in refrigerator. Add whipped cream or Cool Whip and pour into mold. Refrigerate.
