PINEAPPLE RANCH CHICKEN 
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 env. Ranch dressing mix
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Beat chicken to tenderize it. Then soak chicken in Ranch dressing and juice mixture for 2 to 24 hours. Cook on a grill or bake (400 degrees, 20 to 30 minutes) until chicken is done.
