1 lb. chicken breast fillets
4-6 tbsp. Ranch salad dressing
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Pat dry and cut breast fillets into halves. Spread each fillet with Ranch dressing on both sides. Coat fillet with seasoned bread crumbs on both sides. Place in shallow microwave pan or plate, cover with waxed paper and microwave for 3 minutes on high setting. Rotate pan 1/ turn and microwave 3 more minutes. Uncover and flip each fillet. Microwave 1-2 more minutes. Serve with pilaf or potato and vegetable. 4 servings.
