RANCH CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 pkg. (1 oz. each) milk recipe Ranch salad dressing mix
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
Chopped parsley for garnish

Whisk juice and dressing mix together in a small saucepan. Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish and pour half of juice mixture over chicken. Marinate, turning occasionally for at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake marinated chicken for 45-50 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch, water and remaining juice mixture in a small saucepan. Heat to thicken mixture then brush on chicken.
