OLD FASHIONED DESSERT | |
1 qt. canned peaches or other fruit 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg, unbeaten Place peaches and juice in greased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking pan. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat egg lightly with a fork. Add to dry ingredients. Flake together until mixture has appearance of oatmeal. Spread over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with ice cream if desired. |
