24 INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Place 1 wafer in each of 24 paper muffin cups inside muffin tins. Fill each 2/3 full of cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool, then peel off paper. Spoon 3 cherries with a little sauce on top of each cake.

Looks lovely served on pedestal plate.
