1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
3-4 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. whipping cream
34 Oreo cookies
4 oz. or 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Press down cookie crumbs and butter melted in 9x10 inch pan; put in freezer. Mix 3 packages of cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups whipping cream and Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped. Place in pan on top of crust. Melt chocolate over low heat. Remove and cool. Whip in 1/2 cup of whipping cream and vanilla. Place on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, around 4 hours. Garnish with half of Oreo cookie.
