LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 head lettuce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Ranch style dressing mix

In large salad bowl, layer the spinach, lettuce, peas, onions, eggs and bacon in order given.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix; use to ice the layered salad.

Refrigerate until serving time (a couple of hours). Before serving, toss well. Makes a HUGE, special salad.
