APRICOT TAPIOCA 
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. quick cook tapioca
1/2 c. cooked apricot pulp
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine water, sugar, salt and tapioca. Cook over medium heat, when cooked, add apricot pulp and lemon juice. Serve with cream. Serves 4.

One can baby food apricots will be just right amount for this recipe.
