SCALLOPED POTATOES SUPREME 
2 qts. thin-sliced pared potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup

In greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish, or 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper, and onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake at 20- 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
