MILLIONAIRE PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c. lemon juice
4 oz. flaked coconut
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 baked pie crusts (regular pastry or graham crackers)
Maraschino cherries

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Fold in Cool Whip and spoon into crusts. Refrigerate. Decorate top of pies with mandarin orange slices and cherries.

NOTE: May tint with lime juice. May also include maraschino cherry halves in pie mixture.
