CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburg, browned
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. rice, long grain

Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then bake uncovered for 30 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 (3 ounce) can of Chinese noodles over top. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
