BEEF SOUP A LA LO SUNG 
1 1/3 lbs. beef (for soup)
2 potatoes
1 carrot (lg.)
1/2 Chinese celery cabbage
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. MSG

1. Cut beef, potatoes, carrot, Chinese celery cabbage into large cubes and dice tomatoes and onions.

2. Scald the beef in boiling water and remove, then place into a pressure cooker. Add 15 cups water, cook for 30 minutes until the beef is 80% cooked.
