CHINESE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 chopped celery
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown beef, onion, celery and oil in skillet. Add last 5 items. Put in a casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. The last 15 minutes, put 1 large can chow mein noodles over top.
