HAMBURGER CHINESE STYLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. sliced celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 sm. onion, minced

Brown and crumble cooked meat. Drain. Layer in large casserole, meat, peas, celery. Then mix remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
