1 lb. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 c. Minute Rice 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can chow mein noodles 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables Brown meat and onions. In casserole dish, combine soup, water, soy sauce, pepper and rice. Add browned meat and frozen vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer. Cover with the noodles the last 10 minutes. |
