CABBAGE AND PORK CHOPS | |
6-8 pork chops 2 cans of cream of chicken soup 1 lg. head cabbage 3 lg. potatoes Salt and pepper to taste Slice cabbage in a large bowl and add the soup. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and add to mixture. Add salt and pepper. Put in roaster, topping with pork chops. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until pork chops are tender. |
