2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. minced onion
1-2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 beef log sliced real thin

Mix up first four ingredients. Make layers of beef log and cream cheese for 5 layers of meat. Chill thoroughly and cut in wedges. Serve with toothpick in each edge.
