ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 (6 oz.) cans or jars marinated artichokes 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. butter 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. finely ground bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 2 dashes pepper 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. dried parsley or chopped parsley 1/2 lb. cheese, grated Drain and chop artichokes, onion and garlic. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter. Add beaten eggs and the 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, and parsley. Mix together. Fold in 1/2 pound grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
