SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
13 tbsp. butter 9 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. heavy cream MUSHROOMS: 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms 4 tbsp. butter SHRIMP: 2 lb. med. shrimp, cooked 2 cans artichokes 1/2 c. dry sherry 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Saute mushrooms. Prepare sauce and combine with mushrooms, shrimp, artichokes and liquids in casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve over rice. Serves 8. |
