3 c. diced zucchini
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. oil
1 onion, chopped (more or less according to your taste)
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 beaten eggs

Mix together all ingredients, except eggs. Add beaten eggs. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned.
