BREAKFAST HOT DISH | |
7 slices bread, cubed 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2 lb. ham or smokies, cubed 5 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/3 c. butter, melted Place 5 slices of cubed bread in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange cheese and ham over bread. Beat eggs, add mustard and milk. pour over mixture. Place over this two slices of cubed bread and pour melted butter over all. Cover with foil and refrigerate at lest 2 hours or overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
