TURKEY HOT DISH 
Cut-up leftover turkey
1 c. raw rice
1 stalk celery, cut up
1 onion, diced
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown onion in a little butter, add turkey and 2 cans of soup plus 2 cans of water. Add celery and simmer 1/2 hour. Put in baking dish and add rice and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
