HOT TURKEY SALAD SOUFFLE | |
6 slices white bread, crust removed 2 c. diced, cooked turkey 1/4 c. minced onion 1/4 c. minced celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can condensed mushroom soup 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese Cut bread into 1/2" cubes. Place 1/2 of the cubes in an 8"x8"x2" pan. Combine turkey, vegetables, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spoon over bread. Top with remaining bread. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over all. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Spoon soup over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 15 minutes longer. |
