CRUNCHY TURKEY HOT DISH 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 c. cooked diced turkey or chicken
2 stalks celery, diced
Onion to taste
2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews

Combine soup and water. Add turkey, celery, onion, nuts and 1 cup of chow mein noodles. Mix well. Top with remaining 1 cup of noodles. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (I often double recipe because it's so easy and tasty!)
