CHICKEN - TURKEY HOT DISH 
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 chicken, cut up (I use leftover chicken or turkey)
1 pkg. dressing mix

Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place mushrooms and chicken in pan. Mix chicken broth and sour cream and soup together. Pour over chicken. Prepare dressing mix according to package directions and spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Note: 1. Prepare dressing first. I use sage and onion. 2. I only use about half of the sour cream as this makes this dish very rich.
