CARROT HOT DISH 
5 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
4 c. carrots, cooked
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Cheez Whiz
3 tbsp. flour

Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add flour and milk; cook until thickened. Add carrots and Cheez Whiz. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add corn flakes and sprinkle on top of carrots. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
