CARROT/CAULIFLOWER VEGETABLE
DISH
 
2 bags frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, thawed & drained
2-3 cans condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. (or more) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Put 1/2 vegetable, 1/2 soup mix, 1/2 cheese in layers. Repeat. Pour butter over top. If frozen, bake at 300 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
