CARROT STUFFING DISH 
4 c. cooked carrot slices
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 med. onions, chopped (optional)

Mix all above in greased casserole. Mix 1 box "Stove Top Stuffing" (chicken) and package of seasonings and rest of 1 stick of butter, melted. Add 1/4 cup water. Sprinkle on top of carrot mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cover with foil first half of baking, uncover second half of baking time.
