1 box chicken flavor Stove Top stuffing
2 zucchini, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carrot, grated
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook zucchini with salt until tender. Mix into other ingredients. Add soup and sour cream. Mix butter with stuffing until moist. Layer half of stuffing in baking dish. Top with vegetables and then rest of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
