ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix (dry)
1 sm. onion, grated
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (reserve for topping)

Mix all ingredients well. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe freezes nicely.
