ASPARAGUS - ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 lg. zucchini, sliced with seeds removed
1 pkg. frozen asparagus
1/2 can cream of tomato soup
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 pieces white bread, torn up
Crushed potato chips for top

Gently mix all together and top with the crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Make sure you have enough sauce to cover vegetables. You can also use croutons as the topping instead of potato chips. You can also substitute tomato sauce instead of tomato soup.
