PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 or 3 1/2 oz. boxes pistachio instant pudding
3 lg. eggs
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 lg. Cool Whip

Put cake mix, 1 box pistachio pudding, eggs, oil, and club soda in bowl. Blend on low speed until moistened. Mix at medium speed for 2 to 4 minutes. Add pecans. Pour batter in greased bundt pan and bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for about 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting: Add 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding to 1 large tub Cool Whip. Mix together completely and frost cake.
