CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and boned
6 oz. pkg. Fritoes, crushed
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated cheese

Place chicken on bottom of casserole dish. Top with Fritoes. Heat liquids in saucepan and add. Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
