BANANA PEPPER BREAD 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 egg

Mix with enough water to make a sticky dough.

Cook but don't brown:

1/2 lb ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
4-5 chopped banana (or Italian frying) peppers
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic

Brown ground beef in olive oil with garlic, onion and sliced peppers. Drain.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour in to thicken. Pour into shallow baking dish. Cover mixture with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese; top with Bisquick dough.

Bake at 375°F until dough is done completely through, about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
