ANTIPASTO SALAD 
2 heads Romaine lettuce
Dry salami, cubed
Mozzarella, cubed
Sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
Assorted green and black olives
1 can baby corn, drained
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 jar jardinieres, drained
Garbanzo beans
2-3 anchovies, finely diced
Vinaigrette dressing

Wash and dry lettuce; arrange in shallow bowl or platter. Mix and toss remaining ingredients and arrange on lettuce leaves.
