ZUCCHINI SALAD 
8 med. zucchini
4 sm. green onions
4 green pepper
2 stalks celery

Slice thin and then mix all together in large bowl.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. salad oil (Puritan)
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Pour over vegetables. Toss lightly. Store in covered bowl in refrigerator. Will stay crisp for several days.
