ZUCCHINI/ARTICHOKE SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing 2 (0.4 oz.) env. Ranch dressing mix 4 med. zucchini, sliced 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained & halved 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 (6 oz.) can pitted olives, drained 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained Red leaf lettuce Combine Italian salad dressing and Ranch dressing mix; stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Spoon into lettuce-lined bowl using a slotted spoon. Yield: 12 to 14 servings. |
