BETTY JULIAN'S CRAB CAKES OR
DEVILED CRABS
 
2 c. cooked crab
6 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tsp. mayonnaise
6 tsp. ketchup
6 tsp. mustard (or less to taste)
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 finely chopped onion

Form into patties or crab shells. Fry patties until lightly brown on each side (1 1/2 minutes approximately) or bake crab shells 15 minutes (350 degrees).
