CHICKEN CREPES 
1 cut-up chicken (cooked)
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans of mushrooms
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
Pinch of parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt and pepper
Crepe recipe
Chicken gravy (optional)

In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, mushrooms, onion and spices. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs. Strip chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Stir into cheese mixture. Place a good spoonful into a crepe and roll up.

Place in a baking dish and cover sparingly with chicken gravy, (optional.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
