CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
1/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Sifted powdered sugar

In large bowl melt chocolate in microwave. Combine sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each. Stir in milk. In small bowl stir flour and baking powder together. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Chill dough overnight. Using 1 tablespoon of dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. While warm roll again in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
