CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 sqs. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melt and cool
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
Sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder

In mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, oil, melted chocolate, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir together flour and baking powder. Stir into chocolate mixture. Cover and chill. Using 1 tablespoon dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm, roll again in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
