2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. raw wheat bran
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. honey
2 eggs
24 oz. jar applesauce
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. melted butter

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter. Add honey, eggs, and applesauce. Beat well. Stir in raisins. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Also makes great muffins.
