4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan and line with wax paper.

Combine water and coffee and add baking soda. Let sit.

Beat eggs with electric mixer until thick. Gradually add sugar, then add oil, honey and coffee mixture. Add flour, baking powder, and spices.

Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 degrees on the center rack for 1 hour and 10 minutes, checking after 1 hour.
