MEATBALL STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 egg 1 slice white bread coarsely crumbed 1/2 tsp. salt with dash pepper 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. water 3 c. cooked noodles Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread, salt, and pepper. Makes about 16 meatballs. Brown in skillet, pour off fat. Blend in soup, sour cream, water. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Stir now and then. Serve over noodles. (3 to 4 servings.) |
