SUMMER SQUASH PIE 
2 1/2 c. squash, boiled and drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

Place everything, except nutmeg, in blender for 1 minute. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
