CINNAMON CRISP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. nut meats
1 c. + 2 tbsp. shortening
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Cream ingredients together. Add dry ingredients. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Drop by tablespoonful on cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees. Makes about 50 cookies.
